In the ANALOG DESIGN MANAGER role, you will lead the team effort for new and ongoing product development.  You will need excellent communication skills with an ability to work across departments for developing high quality designs.  Have you worked with the foundries?  Do you know how to plan and execute the steps of development?  Do you have experience with tracking and reporting the results of your team’s efforts?  If so, we need your resume!

Requirements:

• Ten years or more of analog/mixed signal design experience with a strong background in analog/power management design; must have firm understanding of how the digital side integrates
• Five years of lead and/or hands-on management background
• BSEE/MSEE with concentration in semiconductor technology
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Background includes track record of success in both analog and power management circuit design
• Must have experience with CMOS design, including SAR, DACs, PLLs, op-amps, bandgaps and other related power management requirements
• Experience with microcontrollers, a huge plus

You’ll be the “go-to” person in a small, brilliant group of engineers who provide the technology for both current and next generation technology world wide.  If you like R&D, this may be your avenue to your next patent, as you explore new ways to improve low power, high efficiency circuits for products. You must have full cycle design experience from idea to production.  Your ability to create prototypes will be an important role.

Do you like variety?  You will work with the specs, the simulations and supervise layout of the blocks, such as amplifiers and data converters.  Your responsibilities will include analyzing the data, testing and evaluation.

Requirements:

• BS/MSEE with PhD preferred
• Ten years experience in analog/mixed signal design
• Depth in AC/DC and DC/DC power converter operations
• Strong skills in simulations and prototyping or reference designs
• Understanding of different types of analog blocks, such as amplifiers, data converter and PLLs
• Ability to travel internationally periodically
• Excellent communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin, a plus.
