In the ANALOG DESIGN MANAGER role, you will lead the team effort for new and ongoing product development. You will need excellent communication skills with an ability to work across departments for developing high quality designs. Have you worked with the foundries? Do you know how to plan and execute the steps of development? Do you have experience with tracking and reporting the results of your team’s efforts? If so, we need your resume!
Requirements:
- Ten years or more of analog/mixed signal design experience with a strong background in analog/power management design; must have firm understanding of how the digital side integrates
- Five years of lead and/or hands-on management background
- BSEE/MSEE with concentration in semiconductor technology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Background includes track record of success in both analog and power management circuit design
- Must have experience with CMOS design, including SAR, DACs, PLLs, op-amps, bandgaps and other related power management requirements
- Experience with microcontrollers, a huge plus

- Ability to travel internationally periodically

My client urgently needs to hire a Digital Design Engineer who has full design cycle experience from idea conception through production. You will need to write specs, design, test, verify and perform the back-end verification, using Verilog for synthesis. Only those with this experience will be considered. Your understanding of design of clocks and fixed function hardware will be required. If you’ve led a team, that will be an added asset.
Requirements:
- Five to ten years of experience doing full life design cycle
- Extensive experience on both front- and back-end design, including verification
- Ability to work across departments to assure quality
- Understanding of FIR/IIR filters
